How do I get a quote?
The best way to get a quote that fits all your wedding day needs is to hop on a call with us so we can help guide you! If you want to play around with numbers yourself, you can use our "Quote Maker" in the Pricing tab.
What is your cancellation policy?
We do not offer refunds on the 20% retainer. However, we know life can get crazy, so if a situation comes up, please contact us and we can address how to move forward.
Do we offer custom quotes?
Do our Packages not quite fit your wedding day needs? No problem! You can book a consultation with us and build your own custom package!
How do I see my contract, invoice, or other documents?
All of your documents, including all billing information, is located in your Client Portal. If you need another link to your client portal, please reach out over email or by filling out the forum above.
How soon do I get my films back?
Industry standard for video delivery is 3-6 months. However, our timeline is 1-2 months for you to receive all your footage! If we are falling behind on that timeline, you can expect communication from us with the new timeline.
